Dental Office Manager Position in Lynn, MA

Dr. Dental is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our Lynn, MA office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and treatment planning, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and doctors. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting treatment plans, managing business operations, and providing exceptional patient advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultations: Review patient verification forms, execute patient consults, and enter treatment plans according to company policies.
Business Operations: Optimize patient schedules, partner with the practice support center, and update treatment plan information.
Patient Advocacy: Educate patients on insurance benefits, affordable payment options, and facilitate treatment completion.
Administrative Support: Maintain schedule audits, monitor credit and AR reports, and assist with IVF completion and patient checkout.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in dental sales and treatment planning.
Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of $30-$32 based on experience and performance bonus.
Monday-Friday schedule with 2 Saturdays per month.
