Job Description

At Lynn Community Health Center, we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Project Manager to lead our innovative Student Fellowship Program. This program aims to provide high school students with a unique opportunity to learn about the day-to-day operations and requirements of different careers within the field of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing the fellowship application and selection process.
  • Consulting with stakeholders in Lynn Public Schools and LEAP for Education.
  • Recruiting mentors from across Lynn Community Health Center.
  • Developing role-specific curriculum with a focus on Hypertension education and prevention.
  • Working with nursing staff to coordinate pathways to Hypertension management.
  • Collecting data to ensure our metrics align with the evaluation standards set forth by Atrius.
  • Reporting progress to the Executive Team and all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare project management, community coordination, or another related field.
  • Capacity for multi-year planning and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with grant-funded initiatives.
  • Experience with school administration and/or career counseling.
  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, public health, business administration, or another related field.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Over 1 year of supervision experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
  • Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Health, or another related field.
