We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at True Food Kitchen. As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a range of starters, entrees, and pizzas using various kitchen equipment and techniques.
  • Ensure consistent portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards are met.
  • Stock and maintain sufficient food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service.
  • Portion food products according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and corresponding equipment.
  • Execute proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly and according to standards.
  • Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
  • Open and close the kitchen properly, assist others, and follow checklists for kitchen stations.
  • Understand and follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures.
  • Participate in proactive communication to help avoid and solve operational, HR, and financial issues.
