Behavioral Health Clinical Program Therapist

At WellBridge Healthcare, we strive to provide compassionate behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization for acute mental health and substance use disorders. We're seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinical Program Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will:

  • Develop and deliver curriculum to meet the psychological needs of patients.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, encouraging patient and family involvement.
  • Provide clinical services aimed at stabilizing psychiatric crises and promoting healthy mental health management.
  • Co-facilitate group psychotherapy and lead psychoeducational focus groups, modeling socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors.
  • Document patient care and information accurately, using correct grammar and spelling.
  • Interact with others in a nonjudgmental, assertive, and respectful manner, demonstrating a professional and caring attitude.
  • Offer brief individual, group, and family therapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and referrals as needed.
  • Review charts, provide input on patient progress, and update treatment interventions in collaboration with the charge nurse and/or Program Director.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan.
  • Participate in weekend assessments, group therapy rotation, and clinical-on-call rotation as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counseling.
  • Independent Practice Scope Licensure in the State of Practice.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
