Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist PRN to join our team. As a Physical Therapist PRN, you will work on a 1099/Independent Contractor basis, providing physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings. This is a wonderful opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, choose your own hours, and enjoy a work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement and modify plans as necessary in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct initial patient evaluations, develop treatment plans with measurable goals and time frames, and document treatments and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Meet with the Market Director of Physical Therapy and other staff to discuss quality of patient care, procedures, and policies.
  • Partner with the Market Director of Physical Therapy and Medical Center Manager to ensure center operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards.
  • Provide input on capital equipment proposals, additional Physical Therapy support staff, and other operational matters.
  • Coordinate with Medical Center Manager to eliminate missed appointments and ensure center support staff follows up on missed appointments.
  • Promote, support, and engage in projects, communications, and activities designed to maintain, develop, and improve overall teamwork within the clinic.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
  • Current licensure with the State Board of Physical Therapy.
  • CPR or BLS certification.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
