- Loss Prevention: Protect and control all company assets, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Approved Background Check: Must have an approved background check.
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as managerial and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills necessary for customer and employee interactions.
- Visual Merchandising Skills: Strong visual merchandising skills and working knowledge of footwear, accessories, and shoe care.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of corporate and store operations policies and procedures.
