Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with car wash transactions and memberships, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Cultivate growth in team leaders, shift leaders, and future leaders, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage store staffing through recruitment, collaboration, and promotions, ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Address customer and employee issues promptly, focusing on retention and swift resolution.
  • Infuse positivity, focus, and a passion for learning into the workplace, driving success.

Requirements
