Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Vibrant Living Experience Coordinator to join our team at Brightview Senior Living, LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and meaningful experiences for our residents with dementia and other cognitive care needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement resident-centered programs and activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and our care team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with our care team to identify and address the unique needs and interests of each resident.
  • Plan and execute engaging activities, events, and programs that promote socialization, creativity, and a sense of community.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and activities, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal resident engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., gerontology, social work, recreation therapy) preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior living or healthcare setting, with a focus on dementia care and resident engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and care team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
