LPN Medication Care Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
- Transcribe orders and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- LPN licensure in the state of New York.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a safe and clean environment.
