Job Summary: Under the direction of the Custodian Supervisor, the Senior Custodian performs skilled and semi-skilled cleaning, housekeeping and/or general maintenance duties in a Custodial environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled and semi-skilled cleaning, housekeeping and/or general maintenance duties
- Work under the direction of the Custodian Supervisor
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for students, faculty, and staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in custodial services
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
