Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts at ALTA IT Services in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires a strong background in financial modeling, analysis, and strategy development.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Proven experience in analyzing complex financial data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial insights to senior leadership.
  • Experience with ERP systems and related tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving business growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of financial reports.
  • Perform detailed analysis of actual period results versus strategic and annual planning targets.
  • Create monthly cash flow analyses and forecasts, as well as simple, reliable reporting documents for key performance indicators.
  • Design and implement additional tools and models to support informed decision-making.
  • Prepare comprehensive forecasts and budgets for products, functions, and overhead pools.
