As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for providing financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of invoices.

Responsibilities:

* Match signed and dated receipts with invoices and purchase orders.
* Code invoices with vendor number and GL account; apply sales tax if applicable.
* Enter approved invoices to Canopy (Citrix).
* Answer vendor and internal customer questions.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, monthly accruals, and weekly GL reports as assigned.
* Enter driver expense reports into payables and generate checks.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant certificate preferred.
* Some knowledge and experience with accounts payable.
* Proficient in data entry and management.
* Strong technology and computer skills with working knowledge of Excel.
* General knowledge of accounting (GAAP).
