We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts for clinic operations and medical provider teams.

This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements and to devise effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top-tier candidates.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from initial outreach to the onboarding process.

• Engage with hiring managers to clarify the requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications needed for specific roles.
• Identify and utilize various channels for sourcing candidates, while also innovating new methods to attract suitable applicants.
• Evaluate applications to pinpoint and select promising candidates for open positions.
• Conduct preliminary screenings to identify qualified candidates for the interview stage.
• Coordinate in-person interviews for high-caliber candidates with hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates to ensure the completion of pre-employment assessments.
• Guide candidates through the interview and hiring process.
• Follow up with hiring managers post-interview to assess placement outcomes and gather feedback.
• Ensure adherence to relevant equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations.
• Assist in the creation and dissemination of Employer Branding content.
• Perform additional duties as required.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of 1 year of comprehensive recruitment experience, particularly in sourcing medical professionals, is preferred.

Familiarity with tools such as PrismHR and Predictive Index is advantageous.
