We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment of our clinic operations and medical provider teams. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding. You will report to the Senior Director of Talent.
This is a hybrid position based in Columbus, OH.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSConsults with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified position(s).Sources candidates through existing avenues and identifies and creates new avenues for sourcing viable candidates.Reviews applications to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then conducts initial phone screen.Arranges in-person interviews for high quality candidates to meet with hiring managers.Connects with candidates and ensures completion of pre-hire assessments.Counsel candidates on the interview and hiring process.Sources candidates through existing avenues and identifies and creates new avenues for sourcing viable candidates.Follows up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.Support Employer Branding content creation and distribution.Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with experience recruiting medical practitioners, preferred.Experience with PrismHR, Predictive Index, and Monday.com is a plus.
