We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts for clinic operations and medical provider teams.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain insights into their staffing requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top-tier candidates.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from initial outreach to the onboarding process.
You will report directly to the Senior Director of Talent.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with hiring managers to comprehend the specific requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications needed for various positions.
- Identify and utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Evaluate applications to pinpoint and select suitable candidates for open roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Coordinate in-person interviews for high-caliber candidates with hiring managers.
- Ensure candidates complete necessary pre-hire assessments.
- Guide candidates through the interview and hiring processes.
- Follow up with hiring managers post-interview to gather feedback and determine placement outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with relevant equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations.
- Assist in the creation and dissemination of Employer Branding content.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required. A minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience, particularly in recruiting medical professionals, is preferred.
Familiarity with tools such as PrismHR and Predictive Index is advantageous.
