Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at Belton Regional Medical Center. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
About the RoleThe Critical Care Registered Nurse will work in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care from admission to discharge, resulting in quality outcomes, patient safety, and high patient satisfaction. You will provide direct patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, all regulatory, facility, and unit-specific policy and procedure.

- Consult with nursing leadership as needed to achieve desired nursing outcomes.
- Provide nursing care in all units, including Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, Infusion, Stress, or PACU.
- Document data in electronic records in real time.
- Regular, reliable attendance is required to ensure the highest level of patient care.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with 2+ years of critical care experience (ICU, ED, PACU) and a Graduate of Professional School of Nursing, BSN or ADN. You will be a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
