We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Float. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our medical center.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, facility, and unit-specific policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and achieve desired nursing outcomes.
- Consult with nursing leadership as needed to address patient care concerns and implement effective solutions.
- Document patient data in electronic records in real-time, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Graduate of Professional School of Nursing, BSN or ADN required.
- ENPC & PALS certification within 1 year of hire.
- 2+ years of critical care experience, preferably in ICU, ED, or PACU.
- Missouri RN licensure and current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- TNCC ORATCN certification within 1 year of hire.
