Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Float team at Belton Regional Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, all regulatory, facility, and unit-specific policy and procedure.
- Work as a team member ensuring high levels of communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Consult with nursing leadership as needed to achieve desired nursing outcomes.
- Document data in electronic records in real-time.
- Graduate of Professional School of Nursing, BSN or ADN required.
- ENPC & PALS within 1 year of hire.
- 2+ years critical care experience required (ICU, ED, PACU).
- Missouri RN Licensure; Current BLS.
- ACLS w/in 90 days of hire.
- TNCC OR ATCN within 1 year of hire.
