Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, all regulatory, facility, and unit-specific policy and procedure.
- Work as a team member ensuring high levels of communication with patients.
- Consult with nursing leadership as needed to achieve desired nursing outcomes.
- Provide nursing care in all units.
- Document data in electronic records in real-time.
- Graduate of Professional School of Nursing, BSN or ADN required.
- ENPC & PALS within 1 year of hire.
- 2+ years critical care required (ICU, ED, PACU).
- Missouri RN Licensure.
- Current BLS.
- ACLS w/in 90 days of hire.
- TNCCORATCN within 1 year of hire.
