Automotive Sales Professional

The Automotive Sales Consultant at Town Chrysler Jeep Dodge is a key player in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving automobile sales, and establishing lasting relationships with customers. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, maintains a deep knowledge of our inventory, and has a passion for automobiles.
Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and preferences.
- Vehicle Demonstrations: Demonstrate vehicles and provide detailed information on features and specifications.
- Test Drives: Conduct test drives and answer customer questions about the driving experience.
- Pricing and Financing: Communicate pricing options, financing, and trade-in values to customers.
- Inventory Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory and their features.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Vehicle Delivery: Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Post-Sale Follow-up: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage future business.
- Experience: 2 years of sales experience; automotive industry preferred.
- License: Valid Washington State Driver's License or equivalent. All licenses must be converted to a Washington State License within 30 days of employment.
- Clean Driving Record: Clean driving record to meet insurability standards.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Targets: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability: Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Background Check: Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
