Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet individual monthly arrival goals by conducting outreach and direct recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with counselors to develop effective student retention strategies and ensure a smooth transition for students.
  • Manage Personally Identifiable Information securely and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Engage in direct recruitment activities, such as presentations at various events, to promote our program and attract eligible candidates.
  • Develop and maintain connections with key referral sources like schools, colleges, and community organizations to increase our reach and impact.
  • Conduct interviews and manage candidate information to support eligibility and enrollment, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on student progress and coordinate communications across departments for comprehensive outreach and placement support.
