Compensation: $18-22/hr based on experience

This role is pivotal in providing support for quality assurance, customer relations, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager and team members.
  • Examine quality-related work and documentation.
  • Ensure the maintenance of all quality-related records.
  • Analyze and generate scrap reports.
  • Organize documentation for traceability purposes.
  • Facilitate quality training sessions for staff.
  • Complete and submit AS9102 First Article Inspection paperwork.
  • Assist in preparing audit documentation.
  • Support the evaluation process for vendors through preparation and distribution of evaluations.
  • Maintain the integrity of controlled documents and records.
  • Update and manage calibration records.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of customer surveys.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive quality reports.
  • Navigate various customer portals to retrieve and upload necessary information.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an office setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with Adobe software.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and mathematical skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and dependable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and inspire team members.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Infor Visual, is advantageous.
