Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at System One. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, quality engineering, quality assurance, or software testing, with specific experience working with SalesForce and nCino or Apex Test Classes. Automation testing experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify system requirements.
• Monitor debugging process results.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, Developer, Quality Assurance, or Software Tester.
• Hands-on experience with SalesForce and nCino or Apex Test Classes.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
