Role Overview

As a Sales Representative with our esteemed hearing health company, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, enhancing patient experience, and fostering repeat and referral business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and appointments, ensuring a minimum of 60 calls per month.
  • Achieve individual revenue and unit goals through consultative services, leveraging data-driven insights to innovate and meet customer goals.
  • Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process, providing exceptional support and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Manage appointments, travel logistics, and expenses efficiently, utilizing technical aptitude and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Perform additional functions to meet territory objectives, demonstrating strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate in Audiology preferred.
  • 3+ years in clinical settings, medical device sales, or hearing aid sales preferred, with hearing aid industry experience being a significant plus.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in hearing aid programming software and basic math, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and drive sales.
