The Property Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for overseeing all upkeep activities required on the designated commercial premises, which includes managing all tasks performed by external contractors.

This role is also tasked with ensuring that all maintenance work is executed promptly and efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:

The Property Maintenance Supervisor's duties encompass:
- Proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical work, mechanical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep
- Diagnosing issues and providing necessary maintenance and repairs
- Addressing all service requests swiftly and to the satisfaction of tenants
- Maintaining a clean and secure environment for tenants, staff, and visitors throughout the property
- Evaluating work completed by subcontractors, including cleaning services and flooring specialists
- Conducting tenant visits and submitting a monthly property inspection report
- Collaborating with the office manager to ensure the building is stocked with essential supplies and informing management of supply and equipment requirements
- Engaging in daily communication with the office manager regarding job progress and supply needs
- Reporting to management upon job completion or when issues arise
- Keeping a tidy and organized work area
- Complying with all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently is essential
- Capability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
- Willingness to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and video conferencing tools

Compensation:
- Hourly Wage: $29.00
