Job Summary:
The Senior Quality and Infection Control Specialist will collaborate with our Executive team, Administrator, and Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure quality care. Key responsibilities include providing education, training, and development, overseeing the implementation of the QAPI program, leading the Infection Control program, and facilitating New Staff Orientation and Annual/Monthly In-Service and Competency Training.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in Nurse Education, Infection Control, or Nurse Management.
- At least 3 years of skilled nursing experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal survey processes and regulations.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
