Addiction Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Care Specialist to join our team at WMCHealth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals struggling with addiction and make a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses, reporting any adverse effects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and implement policies governing infection control and communicable diseases.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
- Previous experience working with chemically dependent patients preferred.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
