Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living. This role is essential in providing clinical assistance within our Medical Center, ensuring high-quality support to our medical and specialty providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient evaluations, including gathering patient history, measuring vital signs, performing EKGs, executing phlebotomy procedures, and administering injections.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of treatment rooms, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked.
- Collaborate with laboratory facilities to uphold compliance with all relevant policies and OSHA regulations.
Compensation: $21.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current and valid Medical Assistant certification, including CPR certification.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in computer usage.
- Ability to consistently perform essential functions with minimal supervision, demonstrating skills in vital signs measurement, phlebotomy, EKG administration, and injections.
