Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing home care services to patients in the Danbury area. As an LPN with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

This is a per diem position that offers flexibility and autonomy in your schedule. You will work directly with patients in their homes, providing one-on-one care and support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in home care or a related field and be licensed to practice as an LPN in the state of Connecticut. A current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation are also required.
