Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Waterway Carwash. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Sales and Upselling: Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to customers, achieving sales and revenue goals for the location.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, ensuring a positive visit for every customer, including but not limited to, outside areas, counters, merchandise display areas, restrooms, and customer waiting areas.
- Inventory Management: Keep convenience store merchandise stocked and organized, displays clean and well presented, and take inventory of merchandise levels as directed by store management.
- Point-of-Sale Transactions: Maintain point-of-sale transaction, sales, and cash drawer integrity by following procedures accurately, effectively using all transaction technology, including tablets, payment terminals, and other point-of-sale technology.
- Experience: 6 months work experience in customer service, retail, or sales is strongly preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform tasks that require extended standing, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds, driving vehicles, reaching above and below shoulder level, and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluently speak and understand English when communicating with other team members, managers, and customers for business-related purposes.
- Cognitive: Perform arithmetic calculations and operate data entry devices.
- Attendance: Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance, working as assigned schedule which may be irregular and include weekends, extended hours, overtime, and holidays.
- Competitive Compensation: Average $19/hour, with a base pay of $15/hour plus sales bonus.
- Flexible Scheduling: Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available.
