Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to serve as a Client Advisor at our luxury retail store. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide industry-leading customer service, ensuring that every client interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by utilizing clientele books, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and driving repeat business.
  • Proactively resolve customer service issues, utilizing best-in-class customer service techniques to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, utilizing company-provided resources to stay up-to-date on product assortment and trends.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Brunello Cucinelli philosophy and lifestyle, and promoting the brand through exceptional customer service and sales skills.
  • Support the Store Manager in maintaining consistent inventory levels, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, and completing operational objectives.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and Corporate Partners, promoting cooperation and commitment within the team.
Requirements
  • Strong affinity for the Brunello Cucinelli brand and philosophy.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in an elevated retail or hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and networking skills, with the ability to network and develop clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
  • Able to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
