  • Conflict Resolution: Provide support in performance management and conflict resolution, collaborating with regional leadership when necessary.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships within the organization to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Patient Complaints: Address and resolve patient and family complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Staff Meetings: Organize and conduct staff meetings to discuss clinic improvements and gather feedback.
  • Attendance: Maintain reliable on-site attendance to meet patient and business needs.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant or in nursing is highly desirable.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with EMA by Modernizing Medicine is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Completion of required training programs within specified timeframes.
Work Environment

This role is situated in a medical office environment, which may involve exposure to various health-related conditions. Daily tasks may include standing, walking, and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
