- Conflict Resolution: Provide support in performance management and conflict resolution, collaborating with regional leadership when necessary.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships within the organization to enhance morale and productivity.
- Patient Complaints: Address and resolve patient and family complaints promptly and effectively.
- Staff Meetings: Organize and conduct staff meetings to discuss clinic improvements and gather feedback.
- Attendance: Maintain reliable on-site attendance to meet patient and business needs.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
- Experience as a Medical Assistant or in nursing is highly desirable.
- Strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with EMA by Modernizing Medicine is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Completion of required training programs within specified timeframes.
This role is situated in a medical office environment, which may involve exposure to various health-related conditions. Daily tasks may include standing, walking, and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
