Clinical Supervisor Mental Health and Counseling

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in guiding therapists as they provide intensive education and clinical oversight to clients with mental health, emotional health, or substance abuse conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Train, instruct, and evaluate therapists to ensure they provide high-quality mental health services.
- Effectively communicate program, administrative, and clinical guidance to therapists, ensuring compliance with established regulations and organizational policies.
- Discuss problem cases with therapists, making suggestions and recommendations to improve client outcomes.
- Review case records and chart documentation for completeness, consistency, and quality, ensuring compliance with state and federal mandates.
- Consult with therapists to promote clinical development and suggest solutions to complex cases.
- Study and make recommendations on special cases, conferring with Clinical Supervisors and Administrators as needed.
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing mental health programs, determining type and level of services, and formulating policies and procedures.
- Stay informed of new developments in intensive outpatient programs, psychiatric social work, or marriage and family therapy.
- Identify staff training and development requirements, providing guidance to administrative and clinical staff to ensure effective mental health services delivery.
- Master's Degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
- Must be a licensed professional (LMFT-S, LPC-S, LIMSW, LISW-CP, or Psy.D).
- Able to pass a Level II background check.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and state minimum required vehicle insurance coverage.
- Being bilingual is a preferred skill for this position.
