Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive In-Suite Dining Server to join our team at a luxury hotel. As an In-Suite Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving food and beverages in their rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests via phone and deliver them in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for handling food allergies and dietary restrictions.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally when delivering orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Set up and deliver room amenities in a timely manner.
  • Regularly check guest floors to retrieve in-room dining items.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs, questions, and issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Clean tables, restock tableware, and maintain in-room dining supplies.
  • Participate in daily pre-shift communication meetings and monthly departmental meetings.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar restaurant or food and beverage setting.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Positive, engaging, and energetic personality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads.
  • Multi-lingual is an asset.
  • TIPS and ServSafe certification.
