Facilities Operations Manager

A leadership opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to join our team and take charge of facilities operations. We seek a motivated individual with strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail to oversee routine maintenance and repairs on our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing A/C units, appliances, pools, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Respond to maintenance service requests, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary repairs.
  • Lead a team of technicians and installers to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; or relevant experience and/or training.
  • National Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification and CFC Certification – Type I and Type II within six months of hiring.
What We Offer:
  • An estimated annual salary of $58,000-$78,000.
