Position Overview
As a key leader within our organization, the Nuclear Operations General Supervisor will oversee and manage skilled and semi-skilled trades personnel, ensuring high standards of performance and productivity. This role is crucial in maintaining operational excellence and compliance with all technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, assign, and evaluate the work of trades personnel based on their skills and experience.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the quality and efficiency of work.
  • Translate broad strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring all personnel are adequately trained.
  • Ensure adherence to technical drawings, procedures, and all relevant standards.
  • Monitor job performance and budget adherence across all shifts.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or completion of an apprenticeship program with a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in production, or
  • A combination of 6 years of relevant supervisory experience without a degree.
