Restaurant Operations Manager

At Wingstop, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front- and back-of house team, and ensuring a safe and healthy facility environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage labor costs, store operations, and customer care.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, counseling, and disciplining as needed.
  • Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, and review employee performance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe facility, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in food service, retail, or restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to measure performance, subjectively and objectively.
