Job Title: Night Auditor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Lahn Hospitality and Amusement Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Responsibilities:

* Take, modify, and cancel guest reservations
* Communicate hotel facilities and services to guests
* Provide information on local area and points of interest
* Assist guests with arrivals and departures
* Answer front desk phone
* Handle cash transactions
* Compile, complete, and distribute reports to management and team

Requirements:

* High school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred
* Customer service experience preferred
* Ability to handle money accurately
* Reading, math, and communication skills
* Ability to work weekends and holidays
* Ability to work overnights
