We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Care Specialist to join our team at Pet Supermarket. As a Pet Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer receives a friendly and welcoming experience. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the lives of pets and their people by providing a wide range of products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly customer service and greet every customer with a smile.
- Assist customers in finding the right products for their pets and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and ensure that all animal cages and fish tanks are clean and well-maintained.
- Process transactions and handle customer payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
