Job Summary
The Mental Health Adult Day Rehab Group Facilitator will lead group therapy sessions, develop and implement group curriculum, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure effective treatment outcomes. This role requires excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to engage diverse client populations and work collaborately with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead group therapy sessions for adults, promoting a safe and supportive environment
• Develop and implement group curriculum using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with clinical teams to understand client treatment goals and tailor interventions accordingly
• Monitor client progress and report any significant changes in behavior or mental health
• Maintain accurate documentation of group sessions, including attendance, participation, and progress
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current in mental health and group facilitation best practices

What We Offer
• Competitive salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Requirements
