Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage, train, and develop a team of restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Operations: Direct and assign restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Reinforce a customer service mentality among restaurant staff and ensure that all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any complaints in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining files, records, and required documentation, and completing weekly inventory as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of six months of C-Store management experience or one year entry-level retail management experience, with experience running shifts without supervision.
  • Skills: Effective communication skills, basic math, reading, and computer skills, with the ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead team members, with a proven track record of building sales, creative marketing, expense management, and developing people into successful teams.
