Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at The Restaurant Zone. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume restaurant in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 80+ employees, fostering a positive working environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to identify and hire top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute business plans, driving growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Area/Regional Manager in a high-volume restaurant or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays, as required.
