Position Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in preparing large quantities of high-quality meals in a commercial kitchen setting.
  • Prior food service experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meals according to established menus, utilizing approved substitutions and standardized recipes.
  • Prepare meals for specialized diets in accordance with planned menus.
  • Adhere to meal schedules and ensure timely food preparation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Work Schedule:

  • Shift differentials available for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Availability to work every other weekend and holiday is required.
