Key Responsibilities

Oversees the management of IC Awards and maintains the ICD 655 documentation.

• Facilitates the National Intelligence Awards Program (NIAP), ensuring effective communication with all Intelligence Community (IC) Agencies.

• Organizes and maintains databases, reviews award nominations, and participates in administrative functions of the Awards Board.

• Coordinates logistics for award packages and presentation ceremonies.

• Updates and manages the Awards database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

• Assists in the organization of Award Selection Boards, ensuring all processes are followed.

• Utilizes Genesis Lite Data Base for data management and reporting.

• Reviews and edits award nominations for clarity and compliance.

• Collaborates with government stakeholders, including Human Capital, Public Affairs, Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and various IC Agencies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 10 years of experience.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the National Intelligence Awards Program (NIAP) is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in email correspondence, database management, and award nomination processes.
  • Strong technical writing skills and quality assurance capabilities for all deliverables and award-related documents.
  • Demonstrated success in executing IC Awards processes, including policy formulation, report writing, and communications related to Awards Boards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Awards Database.

Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this role based on experience and other relevant factors.
