Key Responsibilities

Oversees the management of IC Awards and maintains ICD 655 updates.

• Facilitates the National Intelligence Awards Program (NIAP), ensuring effective communication with all Intelligence Community (IC) Agencies.

• Develops and organizes databases, reviews award nominations, and engages in administrative tasks related to the Awards Board.

• Manages logistics for award packages and presentation events.

• Regularly updates the Awards database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

• Assists in the organization of Award Selection Boards.

• Utilizes Genesis Lite Data Base for data management.

• Reviews and edits award nominations for clarity and compliance.

• Collaborates with government stakeholders across various sectors including HC, PA, EEO, DEI, and multiple IC Agencies, as well as other project managers and leads.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Must possess TS/SCI with Poly level clearance.
  • Knowledge of the National Intelligence Awards Program (NIAP) is essential.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in email correspondence, database management, award nominations, and package vetting.
  • Strong technical writing abilities and quality assurance expertise for all deliverables and award-related documents.
  • Demonstrated success in executing IC Awards processes, including policy formulation, report writing, and communication with Awards Boards.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and the Awards Database.
