Job Title: Registered Nurse III

Job Summary:
Talantage, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse III to join our team. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in promoting and restoring health, preventing illness and injury, and protecting employees from work-related and environmental hazards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide health care and nursing services in clinics, focusing on prevention and restoration of health.
  • Develop and deliver health and safety programs and services to employees, employing preventive strategies to keep workers healthy and productive.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with regulations affecting employee health and safety.
  • Provide training on occupational health topics and serve as an expert consultant in areas of occupational health.
  • Evaluate clinical case reviews for adequacy of care and compliance with clinical and regulatory guidelines, establishing best practices in the field of occupational health.

Requirements:
  • Current, active, valid, and unrestricted registered nurse license in the respective State or jurisdiction.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Three (3) years of registered Nurse experience and certification in Occupational Health Nursing or board eligibility for Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) certification.
  • Certified Occupational Hearing Conservatist (COHC) certification obtained through the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) within one (1) year of start date.
  • Heartsaver Instructor certification issued by the American Heart Association within six (6) months of start date.
