Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement physical rehabilitation programs to help residents regain lost skills and abilities.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for our residents.
- Evaluate resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in the care process.
Requirements:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Alabama.
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with older adults.
