Lead Clinician Opportunity

Pathlight Group is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Lead Clinician supporting adults in residential group homes throughout Western Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavior plans, programs, assessments, and data analysis to ensure reliability between written plans and observed staff behavior.
  • Prepare and present reports to funding bodies, internal agency bodies, and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Supervise a Behavior Specialist and report to the Director of Clinical Services.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure in Massachusetts as a psychologist, independent clinical social worker, applied behavior analyst, or other qualified clinician.
  • At least three years of training, including post-graduate coursework or formal training, and/or experience in function-based behavioral assessment and treatment.
  • Three years of clinical experience in treating individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Current driver's license with an acceptable driving record history, reliable vehicle, professional references, and acceptable CORI.
Work Environment:

Office site located in Springfield, MA, with travel required for visits to program sites (mileage reimbursed).

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay range based on experience: $66,726.40-$72,196.80. Competitive hiring and retention bonus available to clinical staff.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9a-5p, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed to meet program requirements.
