About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Clinical Supervisor in our Cath Lab department. This is a full-time position working night shifts at our Far Rockaway Center location in New York.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the care of residents by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
  • Establish a supportive environment by providing guidance and resources to residents and families
  • Provide information and answer questions from residents and staff
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing rules and regulations
  • Ensure confidentiality by monitoring and processing sensitive information
  • Manage documentation of resident care services
  • Promote collaboration among healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to direct a team
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
