Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Banker to join our team at First Northern Bank of Dixon. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, efficient, and professional interactions with customers to meet their financial needs.
  • Financial Transactions: Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Branch Operations: Support branch cash responsibilities, such as shipment, balancing, and reconciliation.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Services: Process debit card requests, complete stop payments, and perform other account services for customers.
  • Compliance: Understand and comply with all applicable federal and state laws and banking regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with branch leadership to maintain operational integrity and mitigate risk.
  • Training and Development: Be a resource to train new and existing employees as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in financial services with experience in cross-sales/new accounts required
  • Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite of products, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, ability to be professional and empathetic in all interactions.
